#38 · Scaling With 10 Social Media Accounts (Behind-the-Scenes)
Right now we have about seven live coaching calls per month. They’re currently scheduled on Thursdays and Fridays, though I’m considering moving one to Monday. The number may change in the future, but it’s roughly seven calls each month.
Yes, I attend the coaching calls myself. They usually attract about 100 participants.
I hold my weekly calls at 9:00 AM Mountain Time on Wednesdays, and we also have Mondays for the agency hot seat. If you're in Norway, that would be around 5 or 6 PM your time, and we have other members from Norway who join, so you should fit right in.
Maker School is updated daily.
Right now I do one weekly call inside Maker School. There's also a bi-weekly event run by a friend and colleague, Connor Kaplan (a sales pro), who does live sales roleplay for free, out of goodwill and for the exposure. For my other community, Make Money with Make, I run two events: a 25-minute “agency hot seat” where I sit someone down, have them share their stats, and walk through how to improve their business live in front of everyone else — part live consultation, part accountability, part letting people see how I think through business problems. There's also a weekly office hour, plus a Friday fireside chat hosted by another friend and colleague, Santi.
