Yeah, I outsource the editing of my videos. For my Instagram channel, I work with Shu, who manages it completely. He gives me scripts that we assemble using newsletters and some scraping systems, I record them on a teleprompter, and he handles publishing, editing, and captions. His work has driven massive virality—recent videos got 490K and 336K views. On my main YouTube channel, I’ve worked with editor Johan for over 30 videos. He trims obvious imperfections and tangents, adds a high‑quality intro with assets or effects, and handles publishing. The TLDR: get someone to help with publishing, because it used to take a lot of my time. Aside from that, the daily updates channel is basically it for my workflow. Pretty cool, huh?

I don't edit all of my videos myself—my main channel has an editor (currently on pause but I'll bring them back soon). For this daily updates channel, I do no editing at all; I just click record, talk for about 20 minutes answering questions, strategizing, and sharing my day, then upload directly to YouTube. I set up my pipeline to minimize friction so I can produce more content; less friction means more output.

Are you making videos all day for your two Instagram channels, and how do you handle the workload?

I don't make videos all day, and it's not just me anymore – I have a bigger team now. I create daily update videos, batch them, and pay an editor to stitch them together. Some of those updates get repurposed for the second channel, which saves time. I aim to publish a new video roughly every 48 hours. The process is efficient enough that it doesn't feel overwhelming.

He gives the footage to his editor, who uses a simple top/bottom template to create the videos. They're bringing on additional team members to help the editor avoid bottlenecks. The editor then produces videos showing the tools in action, they spend a little money to sign up to the platforms, and publish on Instagram, aiming for one short per day.
