What’s the reality of making money in the lead generation space with a school community?

It’s pretty insane—you can appear to make $500k a month from a school community, but most members join at a much lower rate. I’ve recently raised the price, so the average is lower than the headline figure. The same applies to others: look beyond the raw numbers.

Is the Make Money with Make School community still annual payment or monthly after the price increase?

The Make Money with Make School community is now a premier automation community. It provides a zero-to-one daily accountability roadmap with step-by-step day-by-day actions; following it for 90 days guarantees your first client using our methods. It's straightforward and mainly about lead generation and doing the daily tasks. I've positioned it as a community for scaling what works from one to 100. If you already have an established business with some success in AI and automation—say a $5,000/month business—I show you how to scale it to $25,000/month and beyond. To reduce churn (nobody wants to leave, which is a great problem) and attract new members, I've switched the pricing from annual-only back to monthly, but the monthly fee is higher—around $350–$360 per month. I plan to keep increasing it until I balance new signups with churn. I haven't updated the showcase video yet, as you pointed out; I tend to fly by the seat of my pants with these details.

How can I get more members for a school community?

Focus on driving traffic to your page; a portion of visitors will convert if they like you or your offer. Aim for 20‑40k monthly hits (~1k per day). With conversion rates of 0.5‑2%, that yields 5‑20 new members daily. For a low‑ticket product around $25/month, that adds about $500 MRR each month, scaling to roughly $15k MRR over 30 days after accounting for churn. The key is traffic first; everything else is downstream.

What if you built a high-ticket 'inner circle' community on top of your low-ticket coaching communities? You'd make revenue from the low-ticket communities (Make Money with Make, Maker School) plus the high-ticket one, and people would ascend from free content up through low-ticket into the high-ticket group — like an Hormozi-style tiered ladder.

This is more or less what I was already thinking. I want a roadmap of ascension: people enter through something like Maker School, then a mid-tier (I need a better name than 'Make Money with Make', open to suggestions), then a high-ticket tier at the top, and ideally people naturally move up as I deliver value. Right now I'm missing that middle-to-high step — I have people who want to give me $10,000/month but I don't have anything to actually offer them at that level, and it doesn't feel scalable with my time since they'd expect a lot more hands-on service.

Why not launch a super high‑ticket community to help other school owners, given my success in organically growing school communities?

I’ve thought about creating an info product, but it feels too circular and I don’t want to be part of that AI‑economy‑joke where everyone’s investing in each other’s pockets. High‑ticket products also don’t appeal to me; they’re annoying and would make me unhappy even if they could generate millions. I prefer hands‑on work that directly helps people, especially beginners who are starting from zero. Building something from the ground up and watching newcomers succeed is far more fulfilling than adding a little extra revenue for already wealthy owners. So I’m steering clear of high‑ticket offers and focusing on low‑ticket, high‑impact education that serves a broader audience.
