Would you consider doing longer videos or covering your backlog to answer more questions per video?

It would be nice to have longer videos or clear the backlog, but I prefer keeping videos human and well‑reasoned; a “Nick bot” isn’t realistic. I’ve tried recording many videos before and it became unwieldy. I have more content coming and am currently on vacation, so the shorter 10‑20‑minute format is intentional; I’ll keep delivering quality over quantity.

Can you make your videos shorter, like under 9 to 15 minutes?

No, I don’t really think that makes sense. I appreciate what you’re saying, but you need to understand that a lot of people are also podcasting this content now. Many of them want the longer‑form stuff. Honestly, what deep topic can I really cover in 9 minutes? Any topic I cover in that time is likely to be superficial. You see countless 9‑minute videos on YouTube where nobody really dives into the logic or the deeper insights—just clickbait viral ideas. Those shallow depths have already been mined. If you want to truly understand what a high‑level operator is doing, you have to sit down and listen to hours of their content, even if it’s messy.

Will you bring back the long‑form, A‑to‑Z customer acquisition videos that walked through the full process in real time?

I appreciate the request for those deep‑dive, three‑hour execution videos. They were fun and educational, but producing them takes a lot of time—often weeks—because of waiting for client feedback, editing, and cutting out filler. Right now I prioritize shorter, more frequent content that gives a better return on effort. I’m not ruling out longer videos entirely; I’ll consider them when the effort‑to‑impact ratio makes sense, but for now the shorter format works better for my channel.

Why do you make longer, more frequent videos instead of focusing solely on high‑quality production?

The purpose of this channel isn’t to produce ultra‑polished, high‑budget videos. It’s a place where I answer questions, share daily accountability, and build a community of focused business owners. I keep the videos longer and more frequent so I can provide real‑time value, experiment, and stay consistent. Quality is still important, but the goal is to give you actionable insights quickly rather than waiting for a perfect production.

Why do you record 5- to 7-hour long courses instead of shorter 30-minute videos to save time?

The reason is that I’m experimenting with ultra‑long form as both a packaging and a value‑providing mechanism. When information is gained easily, it’s also lost easily; AI makes it simple to acquire knowledge but just as simple to forget it. By forcing learners to commit to 5‑7 hours of content, the information becomes harder to retain unless they really engage, and the act of commitment itself helps them hold onto the material. Seeing a multi‑hour course on YouTube also shifts the viewer’s decision of whether to click.
