Can you explain the difference between your school community and your YouTube channel?
All the information in my Maker School is free. The school community adds daily accountability and organizes that information into a clear roadmap: day one do X, day two do Y, day three set up emails, day four send five Upwork applications, day five do this, day six do this. It also includes Q&A, a network, and a monthly call with me where you can ask any question (time permitting). In short, the community holds your hand through a business model, offering structure and support beyond the free videos.
I don’t believe in gatekeeping knowledge because knowledge is no longer a moat in the knowledge economy. I give all my knowledge away for free. If you want implementation, coaching, or accountability, that’s when you join my community—that’s where most of my content lives.
Connecting deeper to my online community before school was really about doing the same things I do now on School, just on the platform I was growing—YouTube. One big trend I had, that few others my size did, was responding to nearly every YouTube comment on the main channel. I kept that up until around 30–40k subscribers, which is about ten times more than most people stop at. The key insight for me is having some element of two‑way communication. That’s why the daily updates channel works so well, and why I’ve grown to almost 12k subscribers in 183 days of consistent posting. As long as you can create some back‑and‑forth, it humanizes you, moves you from a pure creator archetype to something more approachable and equalized. I try to do that by replying to YouTube comments, joining other people’s Schools, commenting in their Schools, doing Q&As, sharing knowledge drops and value drops. Those are the main parts.

Maker School includes a 12‑minute video sales letter that walks you through the entire program top to bottom. The core promise is a 90‑day money‑back guarantee: if you follow the steps, you’ll have your first client by the end of day 90. After that, you get an additional three months of daily step‑by‑step resources, templates, outreach recommendations, and custom videos from me. I personally respond to about 90% of every thread posted inside the community, and you also get weekly calls with me plus weekly or bi‑weekly calls with a sales professional for live, hands‑on sales training. The community’s margins are around 98% because I run everything myself—I’m the only one operating it, leading by example, showing up daily, pitching accountability, and providing everything you need to execute the high‑revenue generating activities I teach. In short, it’s a tight‑knit, high‑touch program built around proven, actionable steps.
It's almost entirely my long-form course videos about AI and automation specifically. Let me go and find one of these; it's almost always just like my crazy long-form ones. For example, the N8N full course one—what I learned instead of automation in 2026, watch me start and sell a service in 10 hours, five boring AI automations, and then build your first ad business in 6 hours. Anyway, hopefully that was fun, but damn, man. Pay attention to people's eyes from here on out because you never know.
