Can you build $170K worth of revenue in a month with an automation agency?
I don’t know if you can, to be honest. I never scaled my ad‑automation agency to $170,000 in a month. One reason I moved to information products is that I hit an upper bound—friction increased as I grew, monthly churn became an issue, micro‑service failures happened, and I simply didn’t have enough hours in a week to serve all clients. I could have hired, but I chose not to and instead looked for ways to make more money with less time by moving up a level of abstraction into info products. For beginners, agencies are still a good model because of low capital costs and easy lead‑generation mechanisms, but they do cap out eventually.
