What type of music do you listen to? Do you listen to Drake?
I listen to really weird experimental stuff. One of my favorite channels right now is actually 1508. I just signed up for their mailing list; I love this song. Anyway, the cover art is kind of weird and may or may not get me banned for somewhat pornographic material, but yeah, check it out. I'm a big fan of them. I signed up to their mailing list for no reason—it's the first time I've ever done that, just like when they had the t-shirt I could buy. I love the vocals. Thank you. Thank you for the content, Nick. Thank you, Nick.
I feel like I did, though I'm not entirely sure. It's Clark 3900 talking about the Chain Smokers concert I was invited to. He's commenting because we need you, Nick. I'm never stopping.
I use Music Bed, a service that provides access to a large library of licensable music, for which I have a license. Using licensed music on YouTube avoids monetization claims and copyright strikes. I think Music Bed is the service you're referring to, though I may use a couple of others. There's a ton of music available; you could Shazam to identify a specific track. I've given the music to my editor, and we now use a variety of songs. Hopefully that makes sense.
No, it is not. Thank you. We did try AI‑generated content. I should note the stack so far seems to be: use HeyGen to replicate the person (that’s the video), then use 11 Labs to replicate their voice (the audio). If you really want to add "alpha," you’d add a noise layer and alter the noise levels. The reason is that a lot of AI‑generated voices are just the voice with no other audio, which is very noticeable. Adding background noise and other ambient sounds makes it less noticeable. We tried that on Instagram, but honestly we didn’t do a very good job and I’m not sure the video is still up, so I’ll probably remove it. We keep experimenting, but I feel a much better approach is to be transparent—clearly label the content as AI, e.g., "XYZ AI," or use very short‑form platforms where repeatability isn’t an issue. On YouTube long‑form, everyone knows who you are, so AI‑generated content stands out more. Short‑form TikToks for a faceless channel can work as AI‑influencer content.\n\n"Okay, anyway.
