Can you upload your intro sales call video, hiding client identity?

Of course hiding client identity would be interesting and helpful. I actually do this and make money with Make. I have one or two intro sales calls. Honestly, that's a big point of the value of joining my programs—me showing you stuff like that. I feel like a lot of people are asking me to put all this super deep stuff online for free, but I don't like gatekeeping knowledge. However, the risk-to-reward would be unnecessarily large. One reason people don't do this is because nobody actually shows sales calls; there's a fair amount of liability if something gets found. For example, I've revealed two email addresses in past videos, which is tough because clients might look you up and find a recording of your voice. It's different in a paid program with a limited number of people who respect you and where you don't make a big deal of it. But yeah, I'll be real: there's just a lot of liability. I do have a couple of actual sales calls where I do this and make money with Make. So do whatever you want with that. Everything is obscured and anonymized—super anonymized.

Would you do a challenge video building an agency business from scratch without using your personal brand or fame?

Running a faceless agency challenge video presents significant practical and legal issues. In past attempts to publicly share real outreach, sales calls, and Loom videos, clients requested content removal over privacy concerns under threat of legal action. Furthermore, platforms like Upwork require official identity verification with a face, and prospects who research service providers after a sales call inevitably find the creator's main YouTube channel, which skews the validity of the experiment. From a business perspective, the ROI of spending hundreds of hours conducting cold outreach for a single challenge video is low compared to creating structured, deep course content that provides long-term value to students.

What are you pitching in the profitable AI agency cold email campaign?

Sure thing. I'm pitching a profitable AI agency cold email campaign that I can walk through in about 40 minutes. I have videos of me selling inside Maker School if you want to see them. I've tried posting those sales videos on this channel before, but I got veiled legal threats from people on sales calls telling me to take them down. It's weird, but funny story: I had dinner with a buddy who posts full sales calls live, and we talked about outreach. I do mostly outbound, so the clients I talk to don't know about my YouTube channel. If they did know about it, I'd be clear: if you want to move forward, I can give you a discount on XYZ service, assuming you're okay with me posting the call, and I'd censor all sensitive info. That would actually give you extra clout, authority, and visibility. Would you be game? Yeah, I think we could do that. So stay tuned for more of that.

What should I send in cold emails without social proof, and can you help find the missing Nick sales call video?

If you lack social proof, just send everything else: personalize first, then identify yourself and what you do, then present your offer. You can also get creative with social proof—for example, mention working with a known company or a $7 million business, even if it's a relative's business, as a foothold. Regarding the video request, I had to pull that sales call video after someone on Alex Ramosi's team asked me to remove it due to liability concerns. As you grow, you'll need legal disclaimers because people may come after you and sue you, which is something I didn't worry about when I was younger.
