What should I learn first to start with AI automations after my exams? Can you share a roadmap?

Sure. Just go to my Gumroad and download the 110-step roadmap to $25k a month with automation. It walks you through everything you need to know to get up and running with a basic AI automation agency—defining your niche, picking a business name, building five case studies, buying your main and tertiary domains, and so on. I usually have about 10 people going through it with me. Trust the man with the expensive light pole; check it out and let me know if you have any questions.

Which videos do you recommend I start watching first to set up my agency?

I’d start with the 80 % of AI automation basics in under 30 minutes—watch the ‘AI Automation Basics’ video. Then move on to my full Naden course or the Make.com Nick’s Archive playlist. Those will teach you the automation skills you need. The 80/20 approach gives you the basics quickly, and remember that automation is just a business like any other; once you learn how to build an AI automation business you’ll do most of the work with a few simple tools.

If starting an AI journey from scratch today, what skill should I learn first, what roadmap would get me to $10k/month, and how long would it take? I’m overwhelmed and can’t afford your paid school, so I need free guidance.

You don’t need deep technical skill to make money with AI. Learn enough to build simple landing pages (e.g., a 4‑hour Claude course plus an hour of prompting) in about 5 hours. Then your real bottleneck is outreach—getting people to see your offer. Focus on getting eyes on your product/service; once you have traffic, you can convert and scale. This approach lets you start earning quickly without heavy technical investment.
