Should I narrow my service scope to one or two offerings instead of trying to sell a full AI menu, and how can I pitch that without sounding like I do everything?
When you try to sell everything at once, prospects can’t grasp the value. The offer needs to be highly specific. For example, instead of saying you can build a whole AI suite, say you can build a system that will help a client close four new customers a month, effectively 4× their business. Focus on one lane, become an expert at delivering that concrete result, and scale that offer. Once you have a proven, repeatable service you can later expand to a larger menu.
