I provide AI carousels to coaches and I want to do asset-based outreach through Instagram DMs. How can I automate the generation of carousels specifically for a particular lead?

Fairly straightforward. You just plug into an image model — assuming these are static images, an image model like GPT Image. I think you could probably generate images via Sunburst for like 10 or 20 cents depending on the aspect ratio and size. I would just do square because that'll be more performant for you and it'll still be a high-quality image. I would get a bunch of images that they're currently running, maybe from the ad library, because presumably they have a particular look. If they don't and they're just ripping whatever works, then obviously you can just rip whatever works. Then I would just generate like five of them and build an app that is essentially a recreation of the Meta feed of Instagram, Facebook, or whatever. Then I'd have that app as a link you could deliver to them, and maybe use URL params to host one app but host all of these carousels and have them dynamically pulled into the app. That's probably what I would do. You could just copy the transcript part of this video, feed that into a frontier agent, and it could do a pretty good job.

Would love to see an automation that takes a new upload from one platform and submits it to several channels at once—maybe a scraper that posts to the rest, or connecting Make with Buffer (since TikTok has issues with that). What do you think?

That’s a reasonable idea, but keep in mind that the biggest channels usually avoid using APIs to post because the platforms may soft‑throttle automated submissions; they favor human‑generated content. Personally, I wouldn’t rely on a scheduled API either—I’d have real people post to the fan‑style pages I’ve set up. If you wanted to build it, a simple approach is to drop the raw video into a Google Drive folder, run it through a transcription service (like Whisper) to get the text, then use that transcript to create platform‑specific posts (different character limits for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). You can add accessory flows to pull images or citations from public sources, and finally push each piece out via the respective platform’s API—similar to what I show in my content‑syndication videos.

Do you have any tactical advice for growing an audience and finding the right topics?

I'm about to publish a video on my main channel covering this topic. I can see you're just starting with about five videos, experimenting with thumbnail templates and using AI for images—pretty accurate. Keep doing what you're doing; if you scaled up to 100 videos or 25 times your current output, you'd easily surpass 3,000 subscribers. I'll soon release a video detailing exactly how I approach this in the automation agency space, because lots of people want to replicate my growth. I've noticed channels copying my Instagram content outright, so I might as well share my secret sauce and monetize it.

What is the ideal customer for an AI automation agency that repurposes and distributes content, and how can I find them besides LinkedIn and Upwork?

Ideal customers are creators who are just starting to standardize their content, have around 10K–100K followers, are at the early stage of exponential growth, and are looking to outsource or work with a team to reduce costs. You can serve them by using a transcript to automatically generate posts for ten social platforms—either fully automated or with a person handling it. To find these leads, scrape Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube for channels in that follower range. For example, use a YouTube scraper with about fifty search terms to get roughly a thousand videos for $5, which corresponds to about six hundred creators. Take the top ten percent (about fifty to a hundred channels), sort them by subscriber count, and then use a YouTube channel scraper to pull contact details from video descriptions—Instagram, website, etc.—giving you Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn profiles. With those contacts, take one of their long‑form YouTube videos and use your system to create customized content for each platform at a marginal cost of just a few cents. Finally, run personalized outreach based on the video or another asset, ensuring each message includes some level of customization.

I run a marketing agency and just signed my first client, a fitness/wellness business with just over 1K Instagram followers. How can I grow their page as fast as you've grown your new page (nearly 20K followers in under a month)? Any advice on content structure, automations for posting Reels, or general tips?

Hard to say without knowing the specifics of the account. On content structure: I work with an editor and keep the scripts very simple — just a hook. Our niche (AI news) is already extraordinarily in-demand, so we get some fascination for free, but the actual hook itself doesn't have to be clever — something like 'there's a new free AI video generator you can run locally' works fine. In the first month, the priority is just getting up and running and hitting your first ~30 posts; you optimize after that. Structurally: a simple zoomed-in hook line, deliver it, then cut to whatever visual is attention-grabbing — in our case, jumping straight into the specific software platform being shown.
