What AI agents do you use daily and have they impacted your business?

The AI agent I use most is Claude, specifically Claude code (cloud code). It handles most of what I need, even though it can be verbose and sometimes requires scrolling through output. I connect Claude to various platforms via built‑in plugins or connectors, give it access to my email and other tools, and use remote control to have a virtual AI assistant on my phone, computer, etc. I also use Codex and occasionally other tools, but Claude remains my primary assistant.

What's been the most profitable AI product or offer you built so far?

The most profitable AI product I've built is my cold‑email system. I've sold several hundred thousand dollars worth of it, and it was by far the simplest thing for me to set up. The system isn’t really a cold‑email service per se; I essentially repackage Instantly, handling domain setup, email inbox configuration, and building simple automations that pull a lead list into Google Drive, enrich it, and then generate a ready‑to‑pitch list.

What should I track when running both an AI automation agency and a home‑services business?

When you’re just starting a business, lead generation is the biggest bottleneck, so the most important thing to track is all of your lead‑gen activities. Keep a daily minimum for each channel—cold calls, Loom videos, LinkedIn DMs, cold emails, Upwork applications, etc. Create a master Google Sheet with columns for each activity and a date column, and each day record how many you performed. Consistently hitting reasonable daily numbers will drive results for both your AI agency and your home‑services business.

Setting aside the AI-slop products advertised on YouTube (personal AI OS, Biz AI OS, etc.) — is there a reason you haven't built a centralized command center that incorporates your CRM, to-dos, ideas, etc.? Something like a 'Hermes agent'? Is it a lack of economic value, or something else?

I basically already have one — it's Linear (a project management/issue-tracking platform, usually used by coding teams), integrated one-for-one with Claude. I use Claude to both track my to-dos and manage them: if I tag something 'agent ready,' it automatically gets delegated to an agent. I have subgroups for different areas too — like a content pipeline I can delegate pieces of to people or to agents running skills. It's really just a run-of-the-mill CRM with a bunch of agentic tools layered on — but honestly, that's all you actually need.

How did you build your AI agents and what do they cost to run?

They’re essentially free to run—about $20 a month plus any token usage. If you want to replicate the setup, just follow one of my courses from start to finish. The agent is just the harness with connectors and context for your environment. Platforms like Grockbot abstract away credential management, making it easy to connect everything and unlock more value.
