Can I create agent videos in Hindi for an Indian audience?
I'm introducing dubbing to my videos; I've done it on my main channel with success. YouTube doesn't let you dub yourself—you need to reach a certain channel size first—but I will definitely be dubbing these videos soon.
YouTube native dubbing is unfortunately not very good. You can't really do it for long-form courses automatically, so you have to do it yourself, and that's what I've been doing. I've been using ElevenLabs. It's been okay. The issue is obviously it's all flagged as AI because I'm using an AI voice dubbing tool, but it's not the end of the world. We've also experimented with specific dubbing channels like Mix Ride Bengali, for instance, where I dub and do some lip sync stuff. These are all being flagged as AI and there's like zero performance on them, which fucking blows. So I'm probably going to redo that. I'm not 100% sure.
You have almost 1,000 subscribers off 37 videos — that's genuinely great, nothing wrong with your content. A few concrete critiques: don't reuse the same face photo for every thumbnail, it makes videos hard to tell apart; watch your title length, going over roughly 60 characters gets it cut off in feeds; and make sure thumbnail text is actually legible in a small feed view (some of the small/green text wasn't readable). On prioritization: you have a strong roadmap already because you can adapt content that's been pre-validated to work in English into Arabic — that's roughly an 80/20 opportunity. I wouldn't start marketing the school community yet though; I didn't start marketing mine until I was over 10,000 subscribers, and you're at about a tenth of that (though the Arabic and English markets differ). Beyond that, I don't build big strategies — I just do the same thing every single day for a long time until it becomes illogical not to make money eventually.
No problem. An AI voice agent series would be pretty cool. We're just reaching the point where the technology is good enough to realistically create something like this. I'll consider what such a series would look like, and if I believe I can deliver it at higher quality than others and you're convinced I can, I'll add it to my queue and produce some videos. I can't guarantee it yet—I don't want to overpromise—but the technology is now at a stage where it's realistic and feasible to deploy.
