Is it worth trying to build a YouTube channel/Instagram content presence targeting the Bulgarian market for automation? Literally nobody is doing it there.

Honestly, probably yes — I've actually considered brushing up my own Bulgarian (currently conversational, kid-level) and going all-in on that market myself, since it's light years behind what everyone else is doing content-wise. But realistically it doesn't make nearly as much money as the American market where I already have a foothold, which is why I haven't. For you, I think it's worth trying — just make sure you're already making money through outbound first, before focusing on inbound/content, since inbound takes a while to scale, potentially months before you see a dollar even if you post daily from day one. Outbound is a lot more consistent in the meantime.

I started with AI automation from your videos, built a pre‑packaged system (Lead Lock Engine) but didn’t sell anything. Now I’m moving to the Bulgarian market, where I have native language and sales‑friendly friends. What advice do you have for proceeding?

The same issue that held you back here—lack of commitment—will repeat elsewhere. Success is a self‑fulfilling prophecy: commit long enough and it becomes unreasonable to fail. The Bulgarian market is less competitive and less sophisticated, so you’ll have pricing leverage, which is an advantage.

Is this business model viable in the French market despite language limitations?

Yes, the business model is absolutely viable in France. In fact, it's a competitive advantage because you have an intrinsic understanding of the market and the language. You can take the English email templates I've developed and run the exact same campaign in French instead of English. By doing so, you will get significantly higher response rates on all your campaigns because the market is far less saturated—there are far fewer people doing this in France compared to the English market. So you should definitely jump on this, especially if you're a forward thinker willing to experiment. My recommendation: set up a campaign to pitch to French people. You can copy one of my campaigns, but don't just use Google Translate; sit down and translate the concepts and ideas, paying attention to tone of voice and cultural differences. Then launch it and report back—let me know when you book meetings, for example. There are already many people doing this in French, as well as in Dutch and German. After that, I shift to discussing brand stats and brainstorming. I note that we've had a rough day with slow growth, likely sub‑1K subscribers now, and the massive boost we received is declining. I wonder if I'm no longer ranking for certain terms or if my current strategy is causing stagnation—I'm still gaining watch time and revenue, but audience growth feels limited. I feel the need to create new content that pushes further than most people think. I also mention being called smart and sexy, looking at automation tools, checking out Jay in my community, exploring YouTube automation videos, noting the prevalence of sponsored posts, and observing that YouTube automation is popping off. I consider making more YouTube automation videos, eliminating shorts from my feed, and looking into AI automation. I comment on competitors like Liam Molly crushing it with high views, and note that getting a 19x return is rare for a channel this size. I also browse other creators, see thumbnail styles, and conclude that I should make some YouTube automation videos, perhaps revisiting an early Redditology channel that scraped Reddit and used AI voiceovers. I think YouTube automation could be a tangential side niche alongside general automation. I also mention agents—while I don't yet believe in agents, I acknowledge others are crushing it with agent videos and maybe we should explore that. Finally, I decide to stop brainstorming because it's getting boring and the lights are coming off, wishing everyone a lovely rest of the day.

Do you have any tactical advice for growing an audience and finding the right topics?

I'm about to publish a video on my main channel covering this topic. I can see you're just starting with about five videos, experimenting with thumbnail templates and using AI for images—pretty accurate. Keep doing what you're doing; if you scaled up to 100 videos or 25 times your current output, you'd easily surpass 3,000 subscribers. I'll soon release a video detailing exactly how I approach this in the automation agency space, because lots of people want to replicate my growth. I've noticed channels copying my Instagram content outright, so I might as well share my secret sauce and monetize it.

If you had no money and no audience starting from scratch, what would you do differently?

With no money and no audience, I’d go straight into cold outbound because I’m good at it—I’ve done door‑to‑door and learned what gets people to talk or kick you out. I’d start with Loom videos or manually written cold emails (not scalable but effective) to pitch people directly. Then I’d bootstrap: 10× the number of mailboxes, sell a simple AI service, and have clients cover costs to keep things simple and low‑cost. That’s the core approach. (After answering, I note I wasn’t going to record today but we’re doing it now, then I share my brand stats: YouTube 93,779, Instagram 127,175, daily updates channel 4,716.)
